Partner
Visit the Partner Portal and click "Register." Complete the application with your business details. Our channel team will review and contact you within 2–3 business days with access to partner pricing and exclusive resources.
Product
Visit the Downloads section, filter by your product line and model, and download the latest firmware. Upload it through your device's web interface under System → Maintenance → Firmware Upgrade. Always back up your configuration before updating.
All Mactra IP cameras support ONVIF Profile S (streaming), Profile G (recording), and Profile T (advanced streaming) — ensuring compatibility with major third-party VMS platforms including Milestone, Genetec, and Digifort.
Download the Mactra Viewer App from the App Store or Google Play. Scan the QR code on your NVR or camera's web interface to add the device via P2P Cloud Service — no port forwarding required.
Verify cameras are on the same network subnet as your NVR. Check PoE port LEDs for power status. Use the NVR device's "Search" function to auto-discover cameras. If the issue persists, reset the camera to factory defaults and re-add it.
Repair
Standard repairs are completed within 5-7 business days from the date we receive your device. Express repair service is available for critical deployments - contact our support team for priority processing.
Warranty
Navigate to the Self-Service Tools section and select "Warranty Check." Enter your device serial number (found on the product label or packaging) and you'll instantly see your device name, purchase date, warranty expiry, and coverage type.
Mactra's standard warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures for 12 months from purchase. This includes free repair or replacement. Physical damage, water ingress beyond rated IP protection, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.
